What is the Feel the Pulse service, how do you do it?

After we agree on the goals and desired outcomes of our engagement with your company, we’ll start off with calls and workshops. We’ll talk with each team member individually or organize group workshops, it depends on the type of problem and the team’s openness to share. The initial analisis may take up from a couple of days to a couple of weeks, depending on the problem and the size of the team. As a result, we’ll give you a full analysis of the team for the goals we’ve defined in the beginning and our recommendation for the possible solutions (consulting and coaching, group or individual, etc.).

What does one SOS consulting session look like?

Once you’ve felt the need to talk to someone who can objectively help you deal with the current problem, you’ve scheduled a call with one of our experts in the following hour or two. One session lasts 30 minutes and unlike a psychotherapy session, the idea is not to deal with the past but only with the problem at hand. You’ll share as much as you want, ask whatever troubles you at that moment, ask for advice, etc. and the consultant is there to support you, calm you down and help you get a more objective view of the situation so you feel less emotional.

Are your services for all employees or managers only?

Our services are for all employees but we also have a tailor made offer for leaders.

How can I know that the sensitive information that I share with you won’t be disclosed to my colleagues or my boss?

We are bound by the integrity, ethical and legal regulations to protect and not disclose any information that we hear during sessions. We have industry experience, we know what it’s like to work in a team and feel like the priorities of the company are before our own needs. Our goal with HEAR ME is not to make it a tool for managers to have a better control over their team, but to help create a workplace where productivity and wellbeing go hand in hand.

My team isn’t as motivated as they were before. I’m not sure what to do so I was thinking of maybe hiring an external service. What do you recommend I do?

You can always schedule a call with us to talk about the situation in your team and we’ll see if, and how we can help. That call is not binding and you can give up from the whole idea if you don’t like our concept.

Do you have an application for your service?

No, currently we don’t have a software to follow our service. We use third party software for scheduling and sessions.

What exactly can you help our company with?

We are experts for all questions and problems related to employee wellbeing, poor communication, conflicts at workplace, giving feedback, receiving negative feedback, improving employee engagement and motivation, helping bridge the generation gap, support for organizational restructuring, etc.
